Hi, I'm Scott Rouleau.

My wife Kim and I opened New England Upland shooting preserve during the Fall of 2016 with the goal of providing you with experiences afield that last a lifetime.

I left the corporate life to pursue my passion for upland hunting and provide a place for you to do the same. I am a lifelong bird /big game hunter, NH licensed guide and occasional chef specializing in Italian, French, German, British, Irish and wild game menus that I create for the N.E.U. events.

Kim is a career medical professional, event planner, hostess and has accomplished baking skills which she puts to good use creating delicious desserts, breads and sweets to compliment the meals.

We both have a passion for gun dogs, smooth bores, fast flushing game birds, great food, good times and know you do too. Whether you are a seasoned wing shooter or novice hunter, I will work with you to meet your specific needs by tailoring your hunts, improving your shooting skills, facilitating training sessions in the field with your new pup / mature dog or hosting events for you and your guests at Farview Farm.
